  I stop in Applebee's whenever I am traveling because it really is a neighborhood grill. The food quality is always consistently well prepared and plated. My server was training yet didn't miss a beat and had a very upbeat disposition. It was busy but we were checked on to make sure our needs were met. The hostess was a little disheveled but still very kind and seated us promptly. Great specials and easy to get in an out when you have limited time.

  I went a few weeks ago with my boyfriend and his kids. We were sat right away but sat for 20 minutes, yes i was looking at my phone.. it isnt an exaggeration, and no one approached our table. Two servers were walking past a few times to talk to their tables but never approached us. Then two other servers, a bartender, and a manager were standing and talking right at the bottom of the little steps by the kitchen and their computer, we were sitting at the top of the steps, so they were literally 5 feet away and not one of them came over. It wasn't busy... we got up and left. Never had that experience there before but was so disheartened and probably wont go back for a very long time, if at all.

  Forgot to bring out appetizers, waitress did not charge us then.

  The service was good the food was decent.
